CIBT Signs MOU with Jingshan Royal School and Collingwood School

Capital Alliance Group Inc. (TSX-V: CPT) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, CIBT School of Business and Technology Corp. (“CIBT”) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Jingshan Royal School of Beijing, China and Collingwood School of West Vancouver, BC. The MOU is to establish a joint summer school program during the summer of 2007 for a cross cultural exchange whereby students from Collingwood will travel to Beijing and Jingshan students will travel to Vancouver to take part in the program.

Along with fostering cultural ties between the two countries, this exchange program will contribute in maximizing CIBT’s growing platform of education services.

About Jingshan Royal School:

Founded in 1960, Jingshan Royal School (JRS) is a prestigious Grade K-12 education institution in China enrolling children of many political and influential leaders of China. Located in the heart of Beijing, JRS boasts a student population of 2,400 and a progressive teaching philosophy whereby experimental practices, ideas, and technologies are an integral part of the learning process.
