Capital Alliance Group Files Form 20-F for US Registration
Capital Alliance Group Inc. (TSX.V: CPT) reports that it has filed a Form 20-F registration statement with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
A Form 20-F is a registration statement allowing foreign companies to register a class of shares with the SEC. Once the 20-F is effective, CAG will be required to file disclosure reports with the SEC to provide information to public investors in the US.
“This is an initial step for Capital Alliance Group to expand its shareholder base into the US in addition to our Canadian listing,” commented Toby Chu, President and CEO of Capital Alliance Group. “The company will maintain its public company status in Canada while pursuing new opportunities in the United States.”
