CIBT Reports Grant of Stock Options
January 06, 2012 CNW Group: CIBT Education Group Inc. (NYSE AMEX: MBA and TSX: MBA) reports that it has granted stock options, pursuant to its stock option plan, to certain of its employees, consultants, officers and directors for the purchase of an aggregate of 3,120,000 common shares representing approximately 4% of the company’s issued and outstanding share capital. The options vest over five years and are exercisable for five years at a price of $0.24 per share.
