CIBT Subsidiary Signs Program Offering Agreement with HBX, a division of Harvard Business School of Boston, MA

We are pleased to report that our wholly owned subsidiary, Sprott Shaw College Corp., has entered into an agreement with HBX, the online initiative of Harvard Business School of Boston, MA, concerning the online provision of HBX courses to students at selected Sprott Shaw College and CIBT Group subsidiary locations in Canada and abroad. Plans for HBX programs include:
- Offering HBX programs via a facilitated distance learning model at certain Sprott Shaw College campuses;
- Integrating selected HBX courses into Sprott Shaw College’s business management programs;
- Working with domestic and international students to educate them on our programs.
