CIBT Canadian Institute of Business & Technology Corp. (“CIBT”), a subsidiary of Capital Alliance Group Inc. (CDNX:CPT) and a leading business school providing corporate training and academic degree programs in Beijing, China, announces that it has launched a new corporate website at www.CIBTCorp.com. The new website provides background information on the Chinese education market and profiles of CIBT’s education and training programs, in addition to company news and business presentations. “This website provides our investors, CIBT partners, media and other members of the public with comprehensive and up-to-date information that reflects CIBT’s initiatives, growth and recently accelerated business development,” said Toby Chu, CIBT president and CEO. “As the profile of CIBT continues to grow, in both North America and Asia, CIBTCorp.com will serve as our primary tool for maintaining up-to-date information on developments at CIBT.”

Capital Alliance Group Inc. also announces that the funds raised under the private placement announced March 5, 2002 will be used for business development and general working capital purposes. A finder’s fee is payable in connection with this private placement.
