May 13, 2004

CIBT School of Business & Technology Corp. (“CIBT”), a subsidiary of Capital Alliance Group Inc. (TSX-V: CPT) and a leading business school in China, was recently featured in “China Today”, a 30-minute documentary magazine program broadcast on the English-language channel of China Central Television (CCTV), China’s largest national television network. CCTV is a state-owned, non-profit network that reaches more than 1.1 billion people across the country through thirteen channels.
