CIBT AND CITY UNIVERSITY JOINT MBA PROGRAM RECEIVES RECOGNITION IN CHINA
CIBT School of Business & Technology Corp. (“CIBT”), a subsidiary of Capital Alliance Group Inc. (TSX-V: CPT) and a leading business school in China in conjunction with City University, are pleased to announce that the eight-year-old joint MBA program between City University and Beijing University of Technology has ranked among the Top-10 Most Influential Sino-Foreign Joint MBA Programs in China according to the 2004 World Executive Weekly . In addition to the ranking, the program has achieved a milestone with more than 1,000 Chinese alumni being accredited US-style educations and degrees from City University .

Programs that were considered for the Sino-Foreign MBA ranking had to deliver foreign MBA programs and be approved by the Ministry of Education in China . The evaluation committee focused on the reputation and capability of the joint MBA program’s foreign partners. They then sent out questionnaires to the CEOs of China’s Top 500 enterprises and multinational companies, who are the largest employers of MBA graduates, to collect information about the business world pertaining to various MBA programs. By taking this approach, this year’s ranking more accurately reflects the overall value of the MBA education.
