CIBT’s Fall Enrollment Update

CIBT School of Business & Technology Corp. (“CIBT”), a subsidiary of Capital Alliance Group Inc. (TSX-V: CPT) and a leading business school in China, is pleased to report that its total student enrollment in China for Q-3 has increased by 125% as compared to the same enrollment period last year.

As of September 10th, 2005, student enrollment in five corporate owned campuses and two alliance satellite centers totaled 2,395 students as compared to 1,064 students from one year ago. CIBT’s Beihai campus, located in Weifang City, Shandong province, experienced the largest increase in enrollment. The Beihai campus has grown from 503 students to 1,095 students within 10 months since our acquisition in October, 2004.

“In keeping with our expansion strategy to target tier 2 and tier 3 cities in China with populations of 4 to 10 million people, this recent surge in enrollment validates our strategy’s success. We achieved rapid enrollment growth by targeting emerging cities instead of metropolitan cities such as Shanghai or Beijing, which are experiencing aggressive competition,” said Toby Chu, President and CEO of CIBT and Capital Alliance Group Inc. “We intend to add new campuses or satellite learning centers in hundreds of emerging, well populated Chinese cities with thriving economies.”
