CIBT Reports Resumption of Normal Course Issuer Bid
Vancouver, BC – June 13th, 2019 – CIBT Education Group Inc. (“CIBT”) (TSX: MBA, OTCQX International: MBAIF) reports the resumption of its normal course issuer bid announced in its news release of December 11, 2018. During the period from December 14, 2018 until December 13, 2019, CIBT may purchase up to 2,000,000 of its common shares, representing approximately 2.55% of the 78,285,040 common shares which were issued and outstanding as at the close of business on December 6, 2018, to a maximum aggregate acquisition cost of approximately $2,000,000.
